What's new:

• selecting and/or applying changes to songs with no artist will not raise error
• listbox changes (via opening database, loading xml and importing) will respect showIDsInList settings now.
• fixed movieoverride error when applying changes
• remove artist line in xml if artist is ""
• remove movieoverride line in xml if VideoStyle is 0
